Most welcome kits function as one-time onboarding gifts, offering limited opportunities to communicate a company’s identity beyond the first day. HD Hyundai needed an onboarding experience that could continuously embody its brand values and identity in employees’ everyday work life.
Inspired by HD Hyundai’s architectural language, the welcome kit was designed as a modular steel system that transforms into functional desk objects. Motion design highlighted its structural features, transformation process, and versatility, making the user experience more intuitive and engaging.
